Sessions are conducted live via Zoom, providing a safe and supportive space for healing from the comfort of your own home.

Welcome & Intention Setting: We’ll begin by grounding together, setting intentions, and creating a sacred space for the session.
Guided Breathwork Journey: I’ll guide you through an active breathwork session, supported by immersive music to help you go deeper.
Energy Healing: Gentle energy healing will be woven throughout the session to support emotional and energetic release.
Integration: We’ll close with a calming integration phase, allowing the shifts to settle deeply within you.
